The combination of our comprehensive Fractional Ownership Model, our International Lawyers, International Trust Company, Internal Sales Teams, External Sales Network, Referral Partners, Property Portal, UK and Overseas Offices together with the existing relationships, experience, local knowledge, support and training that an Affiliate Partner can provide to developers will ensure the success of the fractional sales strategy.

To achieve this we are looking for additional Affiliate Partners who can demonstrate a high level of professionalism with a wealth of experience with developers and selling agents in their given country of operation.

The Affiliate Partners will have to demonstrate:


• Their knowledge of the given country
• A track record in successful overseas property sales
• Existing professional relationships with developers and selling agents
• The ability to attract new developers and selling agents
• The capability of fractional sales training for developers and selling agents
• Support for the life of the development to maximise sales
