Charges
Fractions Abroad Ltd has made the costs associated with implementing our Fractional Ownership model as competitive as we can given the amount of work involved.
Each specific development will require a Master Set of Fractional Legal Documents which will contain the Fractional Agreement, Shareholders Agreement, Management Agreement, Management Costing Schedule, Furniture Inventory, Payment Schedules and Usage Calendars as well as a 3 page Release Flyer for each property. You or your lawyers will work with us to augment your existing full ownership sales documents with our fractional legal documents. We have kept the initial costs of producing the Master Set of Legal Documents as competitive as possible for developments that comes into our Fractional Ownership programme.
Each unit on the development sold on a fractional basis will require multiple sets of Purchaser Specific Legal Document Packs drawn from the Master Set of Fractional Legal Documents together with the formation of the associated holding company. No charge for the contracts and the formation of a UK holding company per property will be levied to the developer as these costs are bourn from from the fractional pricing structure (subject to a minimum charge).
Once selling, our pricing policy allows for free access for the developer and all selling agents to one of the most sophisticated and flexible Fractional Ownership Models available in the market today as all the costs are accounted for within the fractional pricing strategy.
