From the information given on the Development Registration Form we:

Request information on the development, its legal status, planning, ownership etc so that we can make sure there are no development specific legal issues that would restrict fractional ownership.

We work from the plans given to us and assemble the furniture inventory specific for each property that we send to the furniture company for pricing. We work with the furniture company to ensure that everything required is accounted for.

We provide the management company with a Management Overview Document and Management Pricing Schedule that details everything that has to happen with the property over the course of the its life. We make sure that this document is priced correctly. We also provide the Management Contract that is specifically for the property itself.

We build up a 14 page Final Costing Document that accounts for:

  • Local Lawyers Fees
  • Closing Costs
  • Fractional Sales Commission

  • These are distributed to the developer, the agent networks and potential purchasers.

We produce a development specific Fractional Sales Contract that will allow the properties to be sold on a fractional basis. These have to be very comprehensive or a purchaser’s lawyer will recommend the client not to purchase.

We upload all the properties to our Property Portal so that our Developers and Agent Networks can access all the details.


Sale and Referral Partners

To maximise fractional sales on developments Fractions Abroad are not only the Fractional Ownership Model provider but also coordinate all sales via our dedicated Internal Sales Team, our External Sales Agent network, our Referral Partner Programme and our Affiliate Partner Programme. On behalf of the developers we direct sales to their developments and are the contact point for their existing sales agents who want to take advantage of the ability to sell properties at a greatly reduced price. We structure the Fractional Ownership Model so sales incomes are such that all our sales partners are hugely motivated to sell developments registered with us and importantly at no additional cost to the developer.


Meet, Greet and Close Service

One of the biggest obstacles facing any Sales Agent network can be how to tour a client around a development in a country where they do not have an office or staff. We provide this service via our local Affiliate Partner or a professional sales agent who undertake this on behalf of either ourselves or one of our external sales networks. The client will be toured and either closed there and then or later once they get back home.
